- Indictment 1: The Hush Money Case
The criminal charges that Donald Trump is now facing in New York stem from three separate instances in which the former president and his associates are accused of making hush money payments during his 2016 campaign: to two women to suppress information about extramarital sexual encounters they said they had with years earlier,
and to a one time Trump Tower doorman who claimed to have a story about a child he alleged Trump had out of wedlock.

Asked whether he ever took any steps to ensure the documents he was signing off on were accurate, Mr Trump Jr replied: “I can’t recall”

- Documents are classified by the agency. “All classified documents or material and the information contained therein shall remain classified unless the documents or material bear a clear indication that they have been declassified by the agency or department that is the originating agency of the document, material, or information contained therein,”
- Prosecutors have asked for some of Trump’s attorneys to be removed from the case due to a conflict of interest but Judge Cannon denied that motion and said prosecution is wasting the court’s time.

IV. Indictment 4: GA Election Case
- Trial dates to be determined. JUDGE MCAFEE
- A Georgia judge shut down the effort by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to have all 19 defendants, including former President Donald Trump, to be tried together in October in the Georgia election subversion case.
- Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee announced Thursday that Trump and 16 co-defendants will move forward on their own schedule, with a trial date yet to be announced.
- The two remaining co-defendants, Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell, sought speedy trials and are scheduled to begin in October.
- Jenna ellis now turned against Trump
