         1. want to go to war on multiple fronts and they wish to make the military bigger while simultaneously claiming they want to make the gov smaller. 
         2. Want to use the military like a commercial business instead of a department of defense
         3. Wants more people in tech but wants to limit critical thinking
         4. Wants to streamline stuff and get rid of regulations
         5. Wants to reorganize the various branches to beef up specialized forces within each branch.
